What happen to KSG shotgun?
 

Hi.. Im new here.. I want to ask if what happen to ksg shotgun.?

Everytime you shoot it,, it makes your movement slower :P

Is it a bug?

I mean; really? Dówngrade a gun that isnt that good already, but ís overpriced? Maybe you guys can say that before someone buys it, because this is bull****.
If you buy a weapon for 75K and downgrade it, atleast make the damage 6 per bullet amd blockrate 85%... I cant even dodge anything now, and yes, that ís needed, because the block features werent that high already...
Just please do something about it... ;o

Most people were complaining that it was overpowered, not overpriced.
Of course it's not nice for the people which bought one, yet still it (in my and many others opinion) was too strong for 75k.

There is a slight difference between too strong and annoying to fight against. An M4 easily kills an KSG. M4 is worth 55K, and KSG 75K. Even Desert Eagles beat KSG, while those are only 9K (for both).
Fact is: KSG isn't that good and certainly isn't overpowered. So please, upgrade it again.

I agree. It is annoying to fight, but certainly not overpowered. so many guns can beat it if you just don't rush the user. and Artillery can get a hit every time thanks to the explosion.

They need to nerf the pbp not the ksg xD

They probably just added the effect because of the shield your carrying, makes you move slower.

You know what.I think this is planned,it's a scam and it happens to every gun.

iEra waits for a lot of people to buy the gun while it's good,and then they nerf the hell out of it and make a new gun and do same thing over and over in a pattern.

mate, i completely agree with you the KSG sucks now.. the riot shield use to own big time and now the defense is crap and now coz of slower movement i die in a second whilst basing... the way it was b4 was actually worth 75k, now i think i just wasted my 75k coz of era downgrading the KSG, either refund our money back or make the block rate to 85% and bullets either 7 or 8 damage... coz this is really ludicrous..

exactly we bought the gun as seen.. now they playing with guns stats it's actually playing with our money.. i feel sad coz my KSG sucks now :(

True that, but somethings must be done. Better then having people get mad and leaving the game because the balance between guns isn't right.

Well then people should buy packs and buy the guns that they are getting owned by.. Yu guys don't want noobs who don't spend money on this game not to leave, but people who do spend money to leave... Thats a bit sad on us :(

Not really, in all honestly we need a better system where if a gun is nerfed the item is automatically refunded for the original price and the buyer can decide wether they want to the new gun to keep all sides happy. You just have to recognize we can't predict exactly how well a gun will behave is general PK and therefore trial runs are sometimes required to understand the correct balance.

I'll apologise on behalf of the team for any implications this may have had but what's done is done and it's kinda hard to turn back time. I'll discuss the issue with SNK and hopefully guns released in the future can be managed more fairly.

Wait so can I actually return my ksg and recieve a full refund? Coz now I actually die more then b4 and I servive far more longer with m4 then the ksg.. Coz truly the ksg is not worth the 75k anymore n I feel that iv actually lost the 75k after the terrible downgrade of the gun

I was proposing the idea, didn't say it'd happen or someone would temporarily refund all KSGs

It was overpowered before, it got fixed, I don't think they will get refund, even since Bamboo Rod is sellable for 35ec and KSG is far better than it.

A gun you bought get's downgraded...

Still, you have to see both sides.
The KSG owners were happy, because it was so strong, but the people which didn't/don't have it found it overpowered.
Many people complained, so snk changed it.

At this point I agree with tricxta, because it surely isn't nice and maybe even makes people not wanting to use it anymore.
That would give everybody a chance to refund it if their unhappy.

Still, I think this situation shouln't even exist. Snk/Staff should plan the strength and the price of the weapon before, considering the "protests" some players could make.

One last thing I wanted to say is, that I personally don't have it, but don't think it got downgraded that much. If it did, it was very strong before.
For example in spar it's still deadly..

Still, people buy the gun because it has power. They don't buy guns because it sucks. So someone go spends 75k on it, and gets what they want. Then they downgrade it, and you basically just got ripped off. It's like going to a store and buying a nice new toy that everyone has been talking about, then 3 days later is breaks. It's just a rip off.

Besides you could easily beat the Ksg before if you used the right gun or technique. Ksg already had a slow fire rate and low damage to make up for the blocking. You culd own it easily with PBP or a M4. Now the ksg is just a broken toy

Why should m4 be the only good gun in era? Maybe buffing those underpowered guns?

Well bboyeatsbacon is the gun admin, he should either refund me my 75k for the ksg or improve te ksg coz I can now get owned by a 6k desert eagle and a graalian sword (which is free).. This is really sad as I and other people spent 75k on a weapon which can be owned by any stupid 6k gun :/

No ace I wasn't cussing at any staff, I just simply ment that I like his idea of refunds lol
