Red Light Green Light event
 

I have Created a Red Light Green Light Event for iEra.
Here is what each picture is for.
Pic 1: The area where players start
Pic 2: Admin says ":control" and warps to this area also known as the control box.
Pic 3: Admin says ":start" to open the staff blocks at the start area.
Pic 4: An overview of the whole race course without lights.
Pic 5: When admin touches "Red" block, the lights change red, if player moves while lights are red then they are frozen for 4 seconds.
Pic 6: When admin touches "Green" block, the lights change green and players can move again.
Pic 7: The finish.
Pic 8: When player touches the finish block they are warped to the admin control box.
Notes:

• If player touches my npc, rules pop up which say how to play this event.
• If admin says ":help" then a box pops up on their screen which teaches them the controls.
• Nothing will happen if a player touches the control blocks, says :control, says :help, or says :start.
• The finish block disappears when one player touches it.
• In the black and white checkered area, there is an invisble race course.

You did the scripting in it too? Nice.

I used gs1....i know you can't use that on the server but I only used it to test the level because I do not have gold, I will take the time to change ALL the scripts to gs2 if snk decides that he wants it.

but I can't take all the credit for the scripts. I've actually been making a couple threads on graalians asking for help on SMALL portions of SOME scripts but yea, I made MOST of the scripts. I think the person who helped me the most on portions of some scripts was Johnaudi.

Great job dude! This event is amazing! I can guarantee everybody would love to play this event! Keep up the good work man! I have noticed that you have been making lots of levels and they all look fantastic! Keep it up!

good idea the map needs a little bit of work on but over all its great......

First of all, I've seen PC Era's red light green light event so I wouldn't be talking... No offense

Second of all, If you are going to say the level is bad in a rude way then at least tell me how to improve it.

Lastly, at least my concept of controlling the event is better then yours (PC Era) -- At least I believe so...

Events house because an admin will have to touch the blocks to change the lights from green to red and vise versa. So an admin will be hosting this and events bot is automatic, therefore, it is an events house event.

I know you are new to the forums but you need to learn not to bump dead threads.

I believe Era PC's RLGL Event is in GS2, so it automatically wins in any scripting battle with these levels.

If Era or iEra dont use it lets put on my server(Our tiles btw) :D

I didn't know gs2 well enough to use it in the event level. I know basic gs2 now and I was going to change it to gs2 in my free time, just wait ;)

snk already scripted it on my level which evolves the light coming thru the whole level (better advantage for both iPhone and iPad users, for Facebook, I hope he can turn it in to player's chat) check "era_event-rlgl_00-00.nw" // yes, it's two levels made them a long way back then.
