First of all I have been answering your emails so I don't know why you have to lie about that. In fact I will have them posted up here sometime today.

1. Rush got HW to watch the trade, check his pmlogs which you probally havn't bothered to do.

2. Yes I did ask HW and vendihn to come watch. Vendihn came and summoned Witch. What more do you want?

The evidence is obvious, you are just to ignorant to see it.

Anthony should have emailed you the video by now. Here's a short summary. Rush offered to give me Obsidian back for illest. I wasn't gonna do it unless a staff member watched, but than I was told staff can't do anything. Yet I got a staff member there named Vendihn or somethen like that. I was going to leave but than Rush said that if Staff watches the trade will be legit. Vendihn summoned " Witch" who is obviously Homelesswitch. She was stealth and to the left of the screen. After Vendihn left HW was still shooting from the side so you could tell she was still there. I gave Rush the gang, while HW didn't bother to stop it or anything. While the only reason I did the trade is because a staff was there and watching. She warps away, Rush kicks me from house, and then I talk to vendihn. He later says that HW was the other staff there because I didn't know who it was. Btw after HW denied ever being there. Thanks.

He did not abuse any staff tools, just the concept of them. HW did the same thing, just less indirect.

How many times does a admin have to be warned before they are fired? This isn't the first time that homeless witch has been warned for doing something wrong. If I remember correctly back around Thanksgiving she summoned turkeys at her friends gang house so her friends could get the thanksgiving stuff easily, and now she assisted in Graal Era Terrorist Squad scamming illest........

Whether scamming is legal or not, I dont think it is encouraged. A PR is suppose to set an example to everyone else. If a PR scams then it is right that they are removed. Just saying. :)

That's what it starting to seem like. But there are some good admins out there. Mostly not. Otherwise you could say administration is starting to be corrupt.

Not when a staff does it using their position. Staff aren't supposed to even "watch over" a trade, by watching it you make the player think that you will stop any scam, not help the scam, it shows she was there and that she lied about denying it. Do you honestly expect her to on the video say "I have used my staff powers to help this person scam you"?

This is far more than enough evidence, Id probably have been fired if I Had done this on a weak dev server like xazier or nerv.

This is just ridiculous. No doubt Stefan will not care that snks doing this.

A trading system is out of the question, but Snk blatantly failing to enforce staff rules and fire this one staff member that's had countless accusations already. Snk won't even take away her gun testing rights or delete that gang she obsesses over instead of helping players. Don't say it's not her job, all staff should try to help the players.

Well they can disagree, but they can't really openly say it when the decision is made by someone higher up than them, like if one of them were to say that homeless witch deserved to be fired or revealed anything they would get in trouble and be fired for "leaking rc" and "misconduct".

Also no one is saying HW doesn't work hard, just if there is all this evidence and acussations and she is only a dev, she doesnt need any staff powers other than uploading stuff to the server. That would put a end to this. Make her like a normal player but let her have the powers only for the dev parts like uploading stuff and sending levels to people.

It's rather simple. She doesn't need all that other stuff. She should be happy she isnt fired for this. She can't abuse as basically a player with only upload rights and such, if she needs something done that requires other rights she can ask them on rc or whatever.
