Towers
Need serious revision. I thought things would be better when Takaii got 1k, but Takaii broke into Inspired and Serene.
So here's what the tower situation looks like:
What this means is that the only towers left in play for regular guilds are MOD and York, the easiest towers to take and lose. By regular guilds, I mean guilds that play this game how it is supposed to be played and don't schedule tower-taking shifts like it's a real job. I'm dead serious when I say that something needs to be done about the tower situation. A few guilds are truly running the fun for the rest of everyone. Which is troubling. Because on this server, there are no quests, and there are only so many hats to buy. So what's left? Sparring and taking towers. Well, Stefan and admins, by preserving the status quo of towers, you make it impossible for any guilds besides CJ, COM, Cruxis, and Takaii to get any serious tower hours. Something must be done. Make towers easier to take. For example, CJ members respawning in the same place they died in Castle is ******ED and really provides no fighting chance. By not changing or improving the tower situation, you are sucking the fun out of this game. And for what? To benefit four guilds and piss off everyone else? Ridiculous. |

Well, those guilds have rose to power. Tbh I'd rather see harder towers that you actually have to think and work together to take, so get together with your guild and start planning. There's allies for a reason. Get to know other guilds and maybe even have meetings on Skype or something. Think of strategies to take the tower and keep it rather than "go down" or "stay up". The towers all have a reasonable size that you could take advantage of if you set your mind to it. Instead of thinking of the new changes as barriers, think of the ways they are an advantage to you. And jump on those opportunities.
Slicing will only get you so far. You need a strategy. |

The thing is CXE, CJ, COM, and NAL are the only guilds really doing anything after 1k.
The others guilds just stop at 1K. We do it because we love towers. we don't do it because we want to be dicks after hats. really if the 4 top guilds end it will start many new guilds ready for 1k. you wouldnt see a change and we do lose it from time to time. just look at the times they get low and take it. i meanly forces on that and attack other towers when i know the time they get low. CXE used to get low at some times but i learned how to fix it and improved it. we rarely get as low as 10 because i mainly forces to fix it and keep it going. To me to start a guild just to hit 1k is just sad and disrespect to the ones that truly love towers. Like this Vlad guy started 4 tower guilds on facebook for hats i think 4 idk and now he started Serene for another hat. that is just stupid and sad. |
Hey Bin, go be friends with Liz from EM or something. I'm sure you could get something going there. Or find Nerv or some other guild that's struggling against the big 3 guilds, and work something out with them.

Towers are ****ed up in general:
Castle: -Defenders respawn next to flag while attackers spawn outside. Even guilds with low members can defend easily like that. Mod: -Bottleneck in center. Most of the time you get up with .5 health because you stand around slashing on the stairs which is no fun. Snowtown -Like castle, defenders spawn too close to flag for the tower to be difficult. Deadwood -Bottleneck on stairs, a guild can send defenders to stairs and no one can get by. -Cluster**** in flag room, no room to move in flag room so you juat slash until the flag goes down. No skill needed. |

Towers arn't impossible to take... zZ FATAL Zz used to take towers with only like 4players on against like 12+ our tactic was always pk/attack over and over again as it usually makes most of the top guilds start to play dead or afk and eventually get them tired so we got and could defend from 10+ if they attacked again. :P

I believe that any tower can be taken if you put a little effort into it. Serene as far as I am concerned are just attempting to rush to 1000 hours for a hat and acquiring chasers on the way. But they aren't anything special, quite frankly just because some of their members have more PKs than the hairs on your head. Plus complaining on here does no more than pity yourselves, go out there and even if you don't take the tower, give them a hard time keeping it. Starting a Guild and setting a hat as your GP doesn't give you a free ticket to reaching that goal, a certain amount of competition is involved. Voyage have 700 hours at the end of the day and are a prime Guild to enforce this competition for these towers. Focusing on the present tower status rather than fantasizing about your long term goal helps. Work at your own pace and if you believe in your loyal members and put in your own effort you will reach your target.
Characters Japan, Cruxis Evolution and Chain of Memories have earnt their position on the leader-boards and their Guild hours are purely the result of hard work and determination . However I do share the opinion on the users like Vlad and Luvious that they should make a tower guild for their own personal enjoyment, not for another hat to be added to their collection. Above all in my opinion they are the ones that showcase the flaws of a well intended reward system. This is just my opinion and regardless of whether you agree or not, you should challenge these groups because at the end of the day competition is the heart of the towering.. |

Nerv had an easy enough time taking castle and swamp from what you say is "impossible".

If you guys havent noticed we get towers everyday for usually 1-5 hours. I dont think thats what bins saying, the point is graal has become somewhat rules by monopolys. I was fine when vg had swamp all the time, or cxe did with sards, but now its just blah. Cj will have castle, cxe will have dw, com will have swamp, inspired will have sards..
Were not attcking any of these guilds as i respect all of them (minus takaii hat-chasing guilds) i would do the same thing if i had the time and people, its just kinda towers just used to be funner when there was more guilds and the only monopolys were CoM, Cruxis, and VG |
Towers require no skill, whoever has the most members online at once wins.

The reason that these guilds have such a easy time taking towers is because they have sub-guilds. They have about a little less then 100 overall. Also since everyone wants to be part of the great guild (insert guild from top 25.)
One reason is that the top guilds all have alliances. An example is NaL has alliances with CJ and Takaii. Tl:dr people, alliances and sub-guilds. |

It makes no sense that COM dies, respawns right by the door on the roof, and can immediately go down to start blocking again. Same with DW and Sards. As for the hat hunters, why not limit the amount of 1k hats that they can receive? |

0__0 bin i wasnt exactly arguing in your favor there. other people are trying to tell you to "work harder" (QUALITY) to overcome CoM CJ CXE etc (QUANTITY). u just gotta catch em when their sorta lowish and have good attackers.
