Why Can Admins Jail/Ban without proof?
 

So, the title surely explains my question. I have been banned a few times, and throughout all of those times, it was by mistake because the admins assumed something without evidence. The same thing happened to some of my friends. They should not be allowed to Jail/Ban without having any proof of the person. For example, today I was randomly banned. I didn't do anything wrong, which means they have no proof, so I should be unbanned. Maybe the iEra courthouse could be used for admins to show their proof to players, and players could fight against it. Players would be innocent until proven guilty.

They don't have any evidence of something if it never happened. They probably have evidence of me being invited to the person's house, I didn't know it was my brother until after I was banned.

No, as I said in another thread that Callimuc deleted, it was my older brother! Why doesn't anyone believe me? If the admin that banned me is seeing this thread, please post your (fake) evidence. Thanks.

It doesn't work that way. Staff are trustworthy and can take care of the server, and they shouldn't have to prove why in front of every wrong-doer who wants to stall their ban.

Funny thing is, when I had Era RC, it was clear that the staff team believed in not banning players but correcting them so that they didn't do wrong. So instead of a ban, a warning. And only if they got several warnings, they'd be banned. I rarely saw anybody being banned the two months I worked there. Personally, and I think many staff members did the same, I tried to talk to some of the players and make them see reason.

Not saying Classic isn't, but Era is extremely fair to its players and even very lenient. So you obviously did something wrong, and now you're going to pay the price.

I know Era is fair to players, but they banned the wrong person, which obviously means they did it by mistake, so now i should be unbanned and then we're all happy again. yay

Trying to steal accounts is a serious thing on iEra, so they probably IP banned "your brother" that's why it banned you too.

They have logs which is evidence.

Well my older brother got unbanned. He signed out of his email, then signed back in and was unbanned.

I know they didn't IP ban because:
Greenaw and MSM use the same IP and greengaw isn't banned.

It was your other account not your brother. We know it was you. This isnt where to post it. Staff can't have a entire court session with every ban, they should only have someone to look out for staff abuse. It wasn't staff abuse, they have to go through a painful amount of logs.

You did something worth ban time, we are tired of the "it was my brother/friend" excuse.

First of all, I only said my brother did it, and he did do it. I'm sorry to everyone who thinks that I lie, but I don't. If I am not unbanned, I will learn next time to make sure my older brother doesn't do anything else.

They banned the ip because you used a second account (your main) to avoid the ban on your second account, " your brother"

Lies. The account banned and your main are different accounts both belonging to you. Everyone claims it was their siblings or friend. "it was my brother" is everyone's excuse. It's a lie and you know it and no one will fall for it. You stole accounts of players and you were a scum bag. You lost any respect you had by doing this and then lying about it trying to get out of trouble.

I didn't make this thread to talk about my ban, I made it so admins can see my idea. People who are getting banned should be able to see the evidence before they are banned.

you dont understand your "brother" tried to steal accounts so your brothers account which is also yours would have to be banned. You were not banned by accident their was a reason the account that YOU USE was banned, it was used for stealing accounts it dose not matter if it was your brother,mom, pet taco your account had to be punished if you dont understand then thats your problem

It was my older brother's account. Not mine. He was the one who was stealing accounts, not me.
