I really dislike when people refer to staff as 'admins' and ask for 'admin help'. It really bothers me. Even on a game, there should be at least some level of professionalism.

^This is what bugs me also. I hate it when people call them "admins"... why can't they just call them staff? That's a better term also. Another thing that they could call them would be administrators. Those two are things that I would accept, but not "admin"

Staff = Someone who works iEra (in this case)
Admin = Also known as an Administrator. Being an administrator is a position on iEra. (EX. PiX is an Administrator, he used to be a Developer)

Admins are the head people. Like the head gfx, head lat, ... so you are kinda right

Admins are also the people who hire other people for the position that they are an admin of. Like Coop is an LAT Admin so he hires LATs.

So, they checked the logs and didn't find anything about this person getting a katana

Dropped it inside his house, seems later removed by Snk probably because of Emera's firing, either way at this point it'd be upto Snk what happens from here, unsure if its provable to be done from an Event or if he just dropped him one.

Generally you don't get a refund or exchange on anything

Greengaw has a good reason to get a refund. He will probably explain.

Ok just wondering because I got it a few months ago and now realize why I should have asked for a kiwi blade instead. Lol.

Still not fair how I wasn't allowed to get something else... So remember a few months back, that iEra Facebook Likes graphic contest that milkshake hosted? Well, I was one of the winners. Milkshake let me pick between a katana or an artillery cannon. I chose a katana. A week or two later I was going around on iEra asking the other winners what they picked, and I forgot which one, but they said milkshake gave them a Luger. I don't find this fair because when I asked if I could have something else, he said no. If he was going to give me something else, I would've easily chosen something like a Luger or a kiwi blade...

Again; it's upto the discretion of Snk, general rule of thumb is no refunds though.
