Do we honestly need GP in servers it seems most of them all they do is honest events and hang out with there friends, they do not do much for the server like GFX and LAT. I know they are there to stop hackers/glitchers but we have not seen any hackers lately and there are glitchers but why not just put a warp code off the map. So when glitchers find away to get in they get warped out. to be honest i see no point for GPS if they wanna host a events then the LAT GFX and scripting team can create a level and if a player wants to play a game they say like /start. I dont know thats my thoughts GPS are a waste of a staff team. Instead of hireing GPS maybe start looking for levelers (graphics you guys already do) scripters and gani team. maybe the server could run faster with more workers.

one last thing i want to put in... All the LAT GFX ect... work harder then GPS i think its unfair that everyone gets alot of work and the GPS get so little

And when kids apply for the GP team, they do not give a dam about the server. all they care about is walking on walls and showing off ( like think about this guys) you have levelers and GFX working very hard for the next update, then you have GPS walking around doing nothing for the server what so ever (and you call this a team ?!.?!.!.!.??

Question for you. Have you actually been on the staff? Without staff to patrol the server the whole place would become an even bigger cuss zone and much worse. They do have warp barriers on outskirts of the map, but not near close areas where it's touching the inside of the map. Although you may not see any hackers they exist on Graal. If one were to appear and no one was policing who would stop him? You shouldn't make assumptions about some of the things you mentioned unless you were actually on the team and know what they do. Although the quality of Graal Police has lessened now a days there is still a need for them on the server unless they of course were to abuse their position.

Ok you have a point my case is closed. (but we should really start looking for more levelers and graphics we have enough GPS. (if you look at the FAQ half the list is GPS) so thats just my thoughts. By the way i was going to apply as a level designer for classic and i could not find any sort of application do you have any clue were it might be ?

I do not know why anyone would argue that there is no need for GP. Every MMO needs admins to patrol and make sure people like hackers and glitchers do not disrupt the game for players. I think the argument here is that there is a need for more mature more responsible staff. Maybe certain measures need to be taken to make sure they are doing their jobs more efficiently rather than "hanging out with friends" and "walking on walls and showing off". Sure there could be improvements made on the staff's part but getting rid of GPs' altogether would just be a bad idea.

They care too much for their job, they don't want to risk it lol. but if you do see them not doing their job just say "reported" and you'll see the admin run like a chicken.

At the very least, learn what grammar is before applying for a staff position that requires maturity, professionalism and responsibility. They aren't going to accept a person who applies the way you posted with emoticons, almost zero punctuation use, and no use of the shift key. You aren't even understanding my point, yet you start to detest it. I really don't give less of a damn about grammar and professionalism in texts or friendly chat online, but this is a forum. Forums are supposed to be civilized and couth, and most definitely not a Skype IM chat. Even more so in your potential application to be an iClassic LAT - they will never even consider an applicant who doesn't know what an apostrophe is.

See the one thing i hate about this website is people take this over board. Example when you are applying for a job they dont look for all the bull crap so far you people told me besides the XD. other then that you kids base your applications so dumb. Maybe some people have problem with there grammar but still have good work. just because your grammar is not 100% does not mean you failed the application (kid you have much to learn) You get hired for your work and how commited you are no question asked

You will not be hired because nobody wants to have to interact with somebody as immature and with as poor English as you. If you improved that, your levels would be what they judged.

Speaking of which, I'd advise you to make a levels thread on this forum and post your levels for some constructive criticism. It can really go a long way to improving your talents.

Edit: I'd also advise against calling Talon kid. I'm not sure how the age difference actually is, but he is lightyears ahead of you in terms of maturity.
