Stroseria's hiring Problems..
 

Well sadly it seems Stroseria is Mostly hiring on a corrupt basis.They are hiring anyone who is in Ch4rm,Uchiha,Santeria and PeNd4nt. To my knowledge 90% of there GAT are from the listed guilds. I have even asked a new staff and he told me your chances are greatly increased if your in those guilds.In the end they are hiring on a corrupt buddy system. On the other hand Delteria is hiring talent across the board without this buddy system.

So? If that's their prerogative then so be it, such antics will only cause themselves harm. It's UC anyways so who cares, UC servers are a dime and dozen and all have so much drama associated with them.

I am in none of those guilds, I don't play iClassic and I doubt you asked the right person about getting hired. You should be asking MattKan about getting hired.

even if they hire based on "the buddy system" that means they work well together because they all know each other xD

Well I own Uchiha so I guess I can't be one to talk, but there are people who were hired that were outside of the guilds and were recruited. We didn't get any special treatment either. Like everyone else we had to fill out the application and show what we can do before we were accepted. You also want to hire people you can trust and that won't expose any secrets to the server or send stolen graphics. It's not limited to these guilds so don't think it's a corrupt secretive recruiting process.

Its just a coincidence. They just met on the server, and became good friends. Look, Greengaw was hired because he did excellent work, he didn't even play Classic when he got hired. Same for me when I worked on Stroseria.

I'm not sure where you got the information that 90% of Stroseria's gats are Ch4rM members. In reality, only 3 talented staff members out of 10 who create graphics are members including myself. I am the Graphics Admin for Stroseria and I can promise you that I hire based on talent of the applicants, not on any sort of buddy system. Also this rumor that joining one of those guilds will increase your chances of being hired is completely false. Many of our staff don't play iClassic, in fact. If a newer staff member told you otherwise then I'm afraid you were misinformed. I've never been in any of those guilds, I was hired a while back. I kinda went inactive because I was really busy though so I got removed.

Why does it matter? Its a server and this is where they can contact the most people for hiring. Its not corrupt.

Additionally, I'd like to add Delteria uses favoritism. Mattkan Got Emera fired from some server by proving he stole something, so Emera tried to cause as much trouble to get Matt removed as a tester or something like that.

The problem is, you're butthurt for one of these reasons:

You applied and was shot down.
You have a problem with one of the staff.
You are jealous(for reasons I would not know).

To my knowledge, this isn't how it works. Aya is the Admin of the Graphics Team, and that is currently our largest team. As she said, only two are members of the said guilds. Two. Oh, so, of course that means ALL of us are in those guilds? No. I'm not, and wasn't in any of them before I was hired. Matt is my friend, and that may have been a contributing factor to my hiring, but, we can tell from that, that being in those guilds is not a requirement. It is, however, possible that one member of those guilds applied and told their peers it was a good server to work for.

Besides... how do you know our full staff list, and / or the full staff list of Delteria? It seems that you are assuming things through your limited knowledge on the matter. Also, it is 10% of our GAT in those guilds, going by what Aya said. Not 90% :P

Lol delteria has around 15 admins on at a time, defiantly not all talented.

You couldn't be more wrong. Each and every staff member who has access to Delteria is there for development purposes, or to aid development in some way. They all have talent, and they use their talent to the best of their ability. If you have evidence to back the point you've just made, I'd really like to see it. Contact details are in my signature.

How did this become a Delteria thread? Everyone on Delteria is working their ass off to give you guys a great and exciting game to play when it comes out. If you are going to bash the staff members, at least have a specific reason for doing so. Otherwise you look like a jealous idiot. Don't make comments on a game you haven't even played yet. Thanks

Why do you guys give a **** about UC servers you don't know a lot about?

Because starting arguements is the new cool thing, i think they believe it makes them look distinguished members in the community, when really, it's just rude and pointless.

1) Why the hell is your avatar a bed? 2) They can hire whoever they want, maybe they want to keep a closed circle of friends. 3) Why even bother making a thread about this when you already know you are going to get negative responses and practically no one is going to agree with you. Its threads like these that just make me think about the future of Graal. and 4) Who in Samhell cares? There's plenty of other servers to get hired on. Worlds Connected, Shaded Legends, I hear UN is hiring Gps. So why make a thread about this when you can move on and ignore the server because it quite frankly has nothing to do with you.
