future 1k hat contest
 

Hi I'm doing a hat contest for my guild who isn't create for now who will be call Eevee Revolution. For the 1k hat I will like a hat who's look like a eevee and who evolve in all eeveelution please help me. :)

Maybe reach 1k hours first? Or at least create the guild first and reach 500+ hours

Yes but I just want it before because if I have it before I will give the picture to my friend and he will have that hat for 1k or just have the hat for have more people for have 1k more faster.

Yeah you should be more worried about reaching 1K than making the hat, especially when you haven't even created the guild yet.

I have a guild but I will change the name. But it's just because more member will work for it and after we will get it more faster! and I will work with Voyage.

Its gonna take over 4 months for you to get the 1k, why not just wait till 800 hours to worry about the hat?

if you make a guild and focus on getting hours for a hat, your guild should be deleted.

Not because it's because I want to have a active guild but if I don't put my future 1k hat nobody will join

I honestly think that you should at THE VERY LEAST have a decent number of hours before doing something like this. If you're just a hat hunter, then just make a hat yourself an upload it for personal use. And regarding the people joining you, you have to prove your guild to be worth joining, otherwise you'll get nothin but stupid noobs. Unless you go the "get noobs and make them BADASSES" route, you still have to essentially prove yourself.

So you're tellING me "JUST STOP, BE NEGATIVE?" Interesting. If you were at about 900-something hours, perhaps this would be acceptable. However, you only just started, so this is in no way logical. Getting 1k with all the dedicated tower guilds around and the inability to get non-noobs to join will be just about impossible. You're confident, I'll give you that, but you'll need good players, dedication, and activity to even take a tower for a few minutes.

Kendama even commented on what you were talking about clearly he is confused on what you were talking about and it took his guild like 2 years. 1,000 hours isn't a easy thing.
CxE it was fast because we knew people and let anyone that really wanted to join a test. We weren't even a tower hour guild in the first place but again try to set easy goals and see if you still want to do all the tower work.

Know what? I think I'll join you. I'm bored and usually have nothing to do on Graal except insult the "Single, Pm me" people and troll people, so maybe this would provide some entertainment. Santa is right, you should set a small goal, like around 10-20 hours to see whether you like the tower business or not, and continue from there.

One thing you need to learn is how to handle things. As a leader of a guild you will always get hate from people. Let them all say what they want. Prove them wrong. Don't keep saying please no rude comments blah blah blah.

Main thing I think you should do is join other guilds and make friends, show that you can lead the guild without the leader and see if you are cut out for it.
