Good day Graalians. I am here wondering if any sort of server is hireing a level designer such as my self. I do not have gold at the moment so i will be working on the offline editor and you guys are going to have to upload the levels. untill i re-new my gold then that will change. here is some work.Attachment 4970

I dont need to be a master level creator to say that your grass/dirt/water formations are all unnaturally linear and square. I think you could get away with doing indoor levels, but you need more practice. I see the potential but you need to work on creating more natural and realistic looking levels.

go join Delteria, they hire anyone no matter how bad they are or even if they have a record of stealing graphics :)

No. We have more than 10 graphic artists.
Even most of things are made from the scratch, server is 10 years old I suppose.

Im pretty sure none of our staff steal graphics.
And we didn't hire you, so that must say something about yourself.

And for a server that's under construction who cares how many staff members there is?

I might have cared if Emera had anything to do with the graphics on the server.
And I don't see how your previous post translates into Delteria "having a record of stealing graphics"

So let me get this straight; you're saying it's a bad thing to have too many people doing work? That's like saying "oh Microsoft employs hundreds of thousands of people, that's way too many people so they'll probably fail".
Honestly, to me it sounds like you're butthurt after being quickly fired from delt.

But that's only if you have for example a small supermarket and employ 25 people. For a server I think the more good people the better ;).

I wasn't "quickly" fired from Delteria, I was only fired because Emera likes having his amount of power. I was fired after 3 months, which isn't so "quick". Also, I'm not mad from getting fired, Delteria does have some problems.

Mad? just trying to help this guy find a server to get hired on. its usually best to start on low quality uc servers that hire lots of people to learn the basics before moving on to released servers, so I figured Delteria would be ideal for him.

Delt will be released soon, it's in iOS testing and should be completed in a few months. I've seen delteria and it's definetly not "low quality" so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Like calli said, you seem upset.

Based off of what I've heard from a few people working on the server everything really isn't that great.

IMO it'll flop just like everwind.

Everwind was a bunch of hype and things never got rolling. Delteria already has a ton of content done and they already have Stefan and unix backing it. Plus they have a professional and skilled team.

more isn't necessarily better... If they had a lot of good staff then it would be ok, but hiring a bunch of immature untalented staff is pretty much setting them for failure.

Not believing the server will succeed until I see proof. A bunch of screenshots aren't proof, all that proves is they have good graphics.

Common Server Knowledge:
If the staff on a server is overly exceeds the usual playercount by 50% at the MAX the server will most likely fail due to abusive admins. Face it, we all love to spawn ourselves item, if only staff could play as normal players, the limit would be raised to about 75% of the players are staff, but that is only if the admins act as players aside from their duties, or else there should only be 50%


However, UC servers for instance iDelteria can bypass this rule, as it is not released to the community yet.

I agree with this and disagree with this at the same time. Its not always true, but it does descibe a lot of servers that fail because of abusive staff.

I'm not too concerned about drag spamming/dropping items and all that, I'm concerned about the overall maturity level of the Delteria staff team. The manager cussed out a guy just for asking what the server would do to succeed, then a few days later an actual mature person from the server made a quality thread explaining their plans and how it will succeed.4

They also block people from their facebook page for offering constuctive criticism.

Lmao, I don't even think you know who the manager of the server is. Novo is the manager and he is probably one of the most mature and professional staff members I have ever seen. Even higbey was impressed with him. He addressed higbeys concerns maturely and very professionally.

Novo is a pretty mature guy, I think he's a good manager and I agree that he's a good manager.

It sounds like you should hate MD not Delteria, either way your comments are based on misinformation and you being a dumbass.
Delteria isn't being made so we can impress haters like yourself, you are going to make negative remarks and insults no matter what. We are creating a fun server for anyone who wants to play, and if you don't like then fine be a hateful grumpy asshole on the forums.

MD is one of the main developers to my knowledge, and once again I've heard from staff there that it isn't well organized. I've seen various Delteria staff do stupid immature ****, I haven't seen anyone do anything of quality besides Novo.

Maybe because you aren't staff, you don't see everything that is getting developed, nor do we make public every little thing that happens.
You can sit there and insult a server that isn't even finished like an idiot, or restrain yourself and wait til the server is released, I'm sure you'll find something to hate and bash about.
