My point is that they can even choose people not known by everyone.

It might, it depends on what server you have worked on (it only helps with one component: That they know you have/have not been given power and what you did with it), but since i am not the PRA i could be wrong and they are not looking for experience.

Well I do know tons of staff on both classic and iera have been chosen simply because they worked on other PC servers. But it's usually as a developer type position. However I remember naack was hired to classic a long time ago as a gp because he worked on PC.

He also had staff experience with another iPhone server previously, so that boosted him a little.
