It's yellow, not gold, add a bit more brown to it to give it a more golden feel.

looks like its greenish, look at the gold m4, try to give it a french fry look.

if you're honestly wanting to make it gold, which I'm not a fan of, you need to add some shine and brighter colors not mustard yellow.

Totallly, I've always wanted a luger. I love the way you called it a masterpiece. Reminds me of Sander Cohen from Fort Frolic. Any Bioshock fans here?

The second revision looks worse than the first one. It just looks like you darkened the color of the original, and you were even too lazy to not change the color of the background. 6/10 for the first one, 1/10 for the second. Sorry.
