Recent Major Graal updates
 

Good Parts :

- A new town so quick is great!

- The slide text system is a nice addition.

- The sort of secret path that takes you to the bedroom of Sara Rei's house was fun to find. I would love to see more secrets scattered like this sometime soon.

Bad Parts :

-The level team did a decent job, it wasn't great though.

-Crappy houses full of pointless characters and more non used pk room.

-The tunnel system is dumb and pointless.

It's a disappointment that with the release of a big update that there is nothing new just the regular slap on place holding crap. The team really disappointed me by adding the pointless tunnels, and houses with lame characters, a pk room, and the characters bed rooms. If you guys are finally trying to make this game more immersive you aren't doing a very good job. Sorry. This was a nice attempt at releasing something more than a dumb recolored mount but it really just fell short of every long time players expectations, but I guess this really wasn't a surprise.

As for the pointless houses I heard Rufus has to go away for a few weeks but he wanted it released and the town wasn't as good as he wanted it to be.

They'll probably be changed later so no worries.

Um. You can catch bugs, and there's a new quest involving new and old NPC's. Hardly a "disappointment".

I think you probably need to explore some more if you think that this is a "regular slap on place holding crap" lol. I also don't see how it "fell short of every long time players expectations" because you've never ever had an update like this and the expectations are abysmally low.

That said, this was never intended to be a 'big' release, therefore I really don't care if it isn't ticking the boxes for one.

How would rate this town release to one like York Town or VIP Oasis Island, Mr Traveler?

This update was amazing it is still keeping me busy! Even though I beat the quest.

No, the houses are not pointless. The NPC's inside them actually give really good information, and they make you think. ;)

I find it funny how everyone complains about hats but thats all everyone was asking about when the town was released T_T.

Amazing update. I love all the levels, especially the giant (circus?) tent and Master Li's dojo.

I haven't really had much of a chance to explore it all yet, but I've heard a lot about the bug system and just seeing everybody gathered around Graal City and MoD Town asking for help in the quest is really cool, tbh. The whole community is being pulled together around this update and that hasn't really happened before on Classic iPhone except when guilds were first added.

I look forward to see what you do next.

I more like york town... idk maybe its just cause there is the pyrat bay task that you can do everyday for 1k gralats and the different style of it(fort), that said I must say I enjoyed exploring the new place and doing the half complete quest:( lol but I do love that you done the bug net idea that was posted here in forums! <3 great job and keep the updates coming :)

I wish they would make updates like the MoD town with all the new features more often because that's what makes Graal fun again. The bug catching is fun and a new way to earn money and is great. The quest is challenging if you don't have people helping you and that makes it fun, but I wish they'd add some hints. The NPCs look really nice and smooth. I can't wait to see more upcoming update hopefully adding onto this one.

This update puts York to shame. I think it is the best update in at least a year. The fact it has something that is actually a quest and not "HERP DERP KILL DA BADDIES" is really nice.

This is the best update in a long time. It actually has content unlike York, which only has baddy killing that tries to pass off as a quest. York is nice and has potential, but it just wasn't executed as well as MoD town. Kudos to you development people for the update.

I really like how they teased and added npcs related to the quest months ahead of time, so veteran played would use their minds. For example(spoilers, gives away quest!)
