1. Private Owned Houses
Players could purchase there own private houses on the gmap or someone could design a neighborhood type level, with houses scattered around. The private houses would cost around $20,000- $80,000 gralats, but the houses would include private shelling/beach tileset area to dig in a no-pk zone. Also would include a safe to store any items in your inventory. The downside to the private houses is that you can not warp to it directly. You have to get to the house manually by walking/riding to it. You also can not invite players to your house through there profile. You have to enter your house then open the gate for them to enter. I'm not sure if the houses would have to be made one by one, or if you could use some pc house levels for it.


2.Graffiti Tags
Now I know this idea was brought up before a while back, but It should be brought up again to possibly spike some attention. Anyways we all know Era was based off the cops and gangsters idea. So with that said mostly all gangs have a certain "tag" or graffiti mark they use to show their territory or to let other gangs that they run this joint.. Haha. So all of the gang members would be able to purchase a graffiti can which would allow them to spread their tag around the gmap, on buildings and walls printing the name of there gang name. You would only be able to tag a certain amount of places on each building. Every five buildings you tag, your gang receives a gang point (I'll explain later about the gang points).


3.Gang Points
Gang points could be rewarded by participating in certain gang events such as, Gang spar, Basing,And Tagging. For example, say your gang captured a base. Every hour your gang holds the base for, they will be rewarded four gang points. When your gang gets a certain amount of points, they can buy certain items for their members. Some things I came up with are,A Gang Gun- 10,000 gang points, Personal gang vehicle- 7,000 gang points, Gang trash pick-5,000 gang points. This idea would be a step in the right direction for era.

You would have to pay a 5k fee every month. If it is not payed then it goes back on the market (For sale).

I could see the first idea being used for selling shell time for rares. That means capitalization, which is bad for any game in the long run.

realistic but quite expensive

The first one with private houses just have the hotels open up and we hae to pay rent

Wow, is it me or does these "amazing idea's." sound like pc era? My brains a little slow, I could be wrong.

I mainly want to see a decent update for gangs. Something to get gangs more active with basing,gang spar,etc.

I like 1&3 but don't understand the tagging thing.
