Well today i wanted to buy a gralat pack, but when i click buy this message always pop-up: "Please Contact iTunes support to complete the transaction" any suggestions on how to resolve it ? Thanks

Might be an issue with your billing information, do what it says and contact iTunes support: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

when u buy graalats it takes tax i think , instead of $10 its like 11. it took tax for me but idk

You'll need to pay off of what you owe to iTunes before you can make anymore purchases onto anything within the Appstore.

Oh I don't know..... getting money. Get a job. Put more money onto the itunes account and then try again. It should be fixed.

It's an option. Just because people have money to buy packs, doesn't mean packs are bad. You should discriminate against skill, not packs.

Options->Restart iDevice. This will temporarily fix it for one purchase, then. You'll have to do it again
