No, its actually not. The head I asked for is not there. The head template is.

You asked for the default starter head. That is the default starter head.

Its a recolor of the default starter head.

By default starter head if you mean any recolors or edits, then yes, i guess its there

By request, here is head0.png (Fung Si Yan). This head is easily found in any pc client's head folder and it is the same for iphone.
