Why can't I invite to my mount and a house?

Someone please tell me how to fix this?

First of all snail isnt a double mount and second admins patched it for bug abuse because people were abusing it too much when transporting lazy people.

maybe they turned invites off?

if they would,that button would be there,but if I would click on it it will say:"he doesn't wish to receive invites"

You have to have the player added to your friends list to send a house invite.
