Spar Requirement(s)
 

I'd just started playing Graal Classic and this is my first post. So I visit this place called "Battle Arena" and I clicked the little sword icon, but it tells me I don't have enough experience yet. So I asked people around for help and they've said to visit Master Li spar and spar there, so I did, I got a lot of wins but it doesn't show up on my record and someone also said that there is a "spar requirement" before you start sparring in competition and actually receiving wins/loses. Could someone please give me info on this please?

That’s just to protect new players from sparring without any experience. You need to spar at master li a couple days before you can spar at the main arena. The only place where you can spar for wins or loses is the spar arena. I think they made it like this to reduce boosting.

Actually you need 40hrs ...well thats what it used to be, I've not really played classic inawhile though.

You need 24 hours of online time.

It used to be 24 hours, I believe it was changed since it was first implemented. If you are new to the game, why would you want to start out with 0 wins and 20 losses? Practice away! :D. As for Rakim, nice name! (Hoping you actually listen to Rakim or have at least heard of him x.x)

Wow, thats the dumbest requirement ever. Hours shouldn't be taken into account for spars.

Should just be a certain amount of wins at master li's

Classic is so friendly, newbies need to train before they spar, but in era you can spar right away and get raped

That took me a good 1-2 years to get :D

You can practice and become really great against the best of the best, yet still not have enough wins to actually compete. The online time requirement was mainly put in place to stop people from making dozens of fake/second accounts to have good spar records.

If changed at all, maybe it should be included in the tutorial??

I think there should be a sign at the arena or a notification telling new players the requirements to spar at the Battle Arena if they haven't already. There have been some really confused people and I didn't really know exactly how to answer them.
