Vehicles in HotKey bar
 

Can we have things such as vehicles in the hotkey bar? It would be like select a car or skateboard, then have a thing say use this car/skateboard, and underneath it be hotkey command. This would save a lot of time instead of going into my inventory and scrolling to the car.
When selected in hotkey it would automaticly put the skateboard in your equiped items. for a car it would automaticly spawn the car in the street only.

This is era. Big things such as guns and huge amounts of food can be stored in hot keys but simple car keys can't. -_-

Era doesn't follow many logic rules:
-Water can break explosive barrels.
-3 pieces of iron are worth more then a diamond.
-Doors rebuild after shooting and meleeing it.

I think we should hotkey Cars and skateboards.

The reason it's not here was probably imported from Era PC- we didn't have hotkeys there because we didn't want people jetting off from a fight in a car at low HP. That would piss PKers off hardcore.

But seeing as iEra isn't as centralized around PKing as PC Era; most skilled iEra fighters are spar bums who rarely base or partake in street fights.

Also, iEra is iDevice based. iEra controls are more quirky than keyboard and mouse; and the Facebook app mirrored the same controls and lacks the use of the mouse scroller, so it's just as quirky.

This being said, car keys wouldn't be a bad idea here.

How about if a cool effect is added like a Chafuer drives the car to you which takes about 3-5 secounds. This is because, when you try to bring out your car besides the road, it says that your chafuer needs to see you on the road. It would be a cool effect but would be time consuming I guess. :)

ROFL thats not all true. Its also the other way around. Theres the base bums who destroy bases and participate in street fights, theres very rarely a street fight in iera though :/ Era should make a area specificly for pking and boosting the PK points thing.

That's the impression I've been left with in iEra: most of the players that are revered for their PKing abilities congregate in the spars.

I couldn't agree with you more; and I'm very happy to see this mentality- I'd honestly like to see more basing and outdoor PKing; aswell as more cooperative gang activities. Yeah, there are currently 'base bums'- but it's nothing compared to the Era I remember back when I used to heavily PK outdoors and raid gang bases. It was a blast- I rarely set foot in the spar complex.

I remember dominating people outside or in a base, and when they'd say "lets spar", my reply was "that's what we're doing."

Sorry- I was comparing it to pre-2005 PC Era, where there was much more emphases on gang activity.

That was the idea behind the PK Arena, but unfortunately it's not currently being utilized. :[.

PK Arena is a blast when you've got 10+ players in it. We used to have gang fights in there when it was first introduced- no staff intervention; we'd just go in and start PKing a member, and he'd toguild for backup, and you've got yourself an exciting nonstop battle until somebody stops coming back.
