After having uploaded around 20 customs on iClassic, i've experienced i always got the full refund back if i only had used to body for an hour or less. Yesterday i tried the iEra uploading. i uploaded a body, thinking it could change colour. i found out it couldn't. I refunded it but got only 5k back while i weared it for around 1-2 minutes. what do i do?

Nothing. IEra isn't iClassic.

That happens a lot. Unfortunately, all the people who this usually happens to don't get there money back. Contact snk or something.

I believe it's 30 minutes on iEra for a full refund and unfortunately the time starts from the second you upload it on your computer and not when you get on to approve it.

That is redicilious.

i had one for 5 seconds, luckily i got a full reund.

As far as I know it's 1 hour. And the time starts from the moment the STAFF approves the upload and the custom is waiting to be purchased by the player.
Imagine no staff would approve it in a hour, the player could have stayed online all the time but still wouldnt get a full refund.

In the future feel free to conctact me ingame and i'll make sure your upload will be uploaded imediately.

I uploaded it before i went to bed, woke up, approved it, then refunded it 5 minutes later. got 50% refund only.

The timer starts when the admin accepts your custom

Well, that's what i told you.
A staff approved it while you were asleep and the hour was over by the time u woke up.
Better dont upload customs before you go to sleep if you arent sure that they are 100% like you want them to be.

I uploaded a cloak body, got it uploaded 26 minutes later. But didn't like the hand color so I refund and only got 5k :[! poop

Make sure your custom is indexed via the graphics package you use before uploading. If you don't have gimp or photoshop, you can email me the custom and I'll happily do it for you. :)
