Rps skull hat

Today I got a pm saying "hay can you help me find the Dino skull rps hat?" so I Said yes and helped them but when I went to the place it wasn't there was it moved? And if so did they move other hats?

rps has been disabled because of a bug which will be fixed soon. at least thats what rufus said.
