Yesterday I bought over 40000 thousand graalats and when I log on to day I just got 8000 left. It's not a new VIP item and I don't have VIP so what happened then?

Ok, I'm sure snk can do something about this because in those logs he can literally ser every single good and bad we do. As I've seen this occurrence before, your going to need the iTunes reciepts which should be emailed to the email registered to your iTunes account. Email those alongside the whole story to snk. If he doesn't reply (typical lol), resend it a couple of times. Also, personal message him on his graalians account alongside trying to find him on Era. :)

NOW I can't get back into the "Mele shop" or even do the quest to get the key to it.
