Emailing Issues To Graal
 

So as i had taken the advice from bboy to email snk and era in general, i have not gotten 1 single response nor have i gotten 1 solution to why i had to get jailed for my school altering game files. I know i have 21 hours left of jail but i don't have 21 hours of my life to give away. I need this solution to get taken care of as long as i'm not in jail. This isn't a whining thread by the way people, this is a thread of me needing a solution to a false jail. Soooo just check the emails....

What did you name your email? Cause if it's something like "Hi" that's not going to draw the attention of snk or the other staff.

I sent an email to them a few days ago and I got a reply within a few days.

Snk being iEras Manger. He obviously gets spammed with useless and important emails, getting tons a day he may miss your emails.

It isn't just Snk that reads them.

I know that but they might skip some emails, due to spam. At least that's what I was told.

They definitely would. There'll probably be a large amount of "I got scammed!" and "Make me admin, I'm really great!" emails.

I would say there a tons of them, hahah x.x

i then explained snk and the era email in general about my situation. Fsh you wanted to know so I got jailed a couple days ago for logging on graal era with school wifi, as i logged on for 3 minutes, i got jailed for altering graal files. My school wifi is the one that alters the game files, i need admins to check my logs

You kind of deserve it for going on graal in school. School is for doing school work. Not playing graal. Just saying

While I do agree that School is for education and not entertainment, this post strives nowhere what so ever in terms of getting to a solution for this player.

As for the ban, maybe a classmate was being idiotic and was messing around with iFile while in school? If it mentions Graal Relay, it may be a false ban. Seems a few players were falsely banned with the addition of their new security against Graal Relay.

Whenever I ask an admin for help they tell some jerk from idiotism to kill me with a saber (BiTzSam) or they tell me to email Snk. I never get replies so I have given up on all admins.
