Posts Not Updating

I've noticed this quite a few times now that when a post is done by me/another person on the forums that his/her posts are not adding +1 to the posts showed at the side, was wondering if anyone else was aware of this and if it's just a bug/glitch?

There are two forums that don't add to postcount -- Introductions and Forum Games. Birthdays might be also included in that, not sure.
