GIF maker?
 

Where do i get a good gif maker thats not gimp? Or how do i make the frames on gimp replace each other instead of it being put on top.

There's a bunch of stuff here, just have a look around.

You could also try Graphics gale or Grafx2, they both support animation.

I use animagic.

i was downloading animagic and it says it has a virus. Should i still download?

I just make it transparent with the magic wand tool on Paint.NET, not sure what you'd do on gimp.

i use paint.net and when i open it, it opens as one layer.

I only use one layer anyway. So merge em or somethin'
