Era's way of picking staff
 

I love how era picks staff at the end of the year for everyone to have a chance on being new staff. Its fun and mature. I personaly prefer this way of recruiting staff rather than weird unknown staff on graal being picked almost every week(classic). It keeps the system civil, if you know what i mean. Keep up the good work era staff, ya'll are doing fantastic-o!

Coop too, Dude1310 and John make great levels, he did a good job too.

No, its not because of that. It's because about 8 months ago or so, Coop said he would give me a dev account. I've been waiting, and he still has done nothing. And whenever I remind him about it, he claims to have never said it. And then he decided to give Johnaudi a dev account, and then after that Dude1310.

To be fair, MSM, he did say you annoyed him about it. Still though, he should stick to his word.

Sure, the way they hire is pretty nice, I guess.. However, the way that they fire (mostly PRs) is unfair and stupid. There are many ex-staff I've talked to and found out why they were fired.. They were some of the most stupid reasons of which they messed up (accidentally said something/did something or even something they didn't know was wrong). They just fire PRs like it's nothing since, "there are more fish in the sea."
But, yeah, the hiring system is better on iEra than it is on iClassic.. Hell, even the firing on iEra is better than iClassic's (and that's saying a lot).

That was so long ago. Quit holding a grudge against him and get over it.
