okay so i have been doing pixels now a days and i use the paint program and it sucks. What do you guys use? i need a new program and please do not suggest programs on mac books cause i dont have one

Adobe Photoshop is the best in my opinion. But if you don't have $700 to waste on it, then try GiMP. It's almost the same thing.

I use MS Paint and Paint.net

I prefer Paint.net (free and very easy to use for beginners) Gimp Is a bit more complicated and Has a lot of different options. I find it more difficult but again I do not think I have worked with it enough to give a fair explanation.

Gimp is harder for pixels.

Adobe photoshop cs6 (you can get it free on mac =D)

whichever one you were using to re-size images and post on here claiming you made it would work.
