More hearts are not a great idea
I was thinking about it, and although the news says more hearts will be added in the future, and I don't think it is a great idea. PKing in this game is slow and tedious, and it can take ages to kill somebody because of connection and other things. On many of the PC servers, more hearts is countered with ways to kill people faster and different damage amounts per weapon, but this is not the case here. EVERYTHING does 0.5 damage here, and having more than the default 3 hearts would make PK even more of a chore. And NO, I do not want more hats and "filler" quest rewards, but maybe something tangible with a purpose, (like the bug net) like the power glove would be a better reward all things considered. Not trying to be a stick in the mud, but the way iclassic is currently would not work well with more hearts.

did you know that if the add hearts they will add sword powers too? And that would make the game more enjoyable :0

As of now pk is sword spam, I think the game is slowly moving in a direction away from that and I think more hearts may make sword spamming less efficient. Thus making pk require a bit more talent.

I always liked Classic because it was the perfect no one is left out.
If you add health items and new weapons it will just be another Era. |

your ap is 80+: you will have the full amount of hearts you have obtained so far your ap is 50+: you will have half the amount of hearts you have obtained so far your ap is ~10: you will only have 3 hearts, as thats the minimum |

I remember lurking TouchArcade where Stefan said that quests would be added, but then he said that they would be playermade quests, and that stuff just didn't happen. Still, people have always sought a direction from the game, even now, and it will be given one through questing. This will not be questing for hats. Weapons are always introduced with an element of balance, especially within this 'Zelda' style setting. They have their pros, they have their cons, and a conscious effort to maintain that balance would be made. |
