So I just had this crazy idea that would allow new hats to be used in the current stores rather than having to wait until a holiday comes around for something new to be sold. A thrift store would be a place where hats, bodies, and other junk will go after they have sat in their former shops for too long. Here they will be sold for a lesser price for a limited time only. After the time expires, the thrift store will be restocked with whatever has been sitting in a shop for so long and is nearly ready to be taken off shelves completely. This would allow for new hats to be used in shops and would act as a "warning alarm" to those wanting to purchase a hat then realizing the next day it had gotten replaced with something else. A player will then be able to choose to purchase a hat at its full price when it is first released and in style, or they can choose to wait for however long it may take for that hat to be put in the thrift store so they can get it for a lower price. Basically like a dollar movie theater, but for hats.

I had an idea of turning 'Swamptown Flea Market' into something like this. As it stands, the shop is just another place to buy things from, it is nothing like a flea market. However, I don't think that hats shops are restocked at a rate that would compliment it. You will see something within the next month or so that will produce a similar effect though.

I'd like some auctions where can you bit, but this sounds nice, too..

Make it a limited stock (EX. Only 75 hats) so it keeps it value in rarity. I don't want noobs running around with a hat for 200 when I payed 10000
