Terms of Usage Needed
Technically if I did something that was within Apple's Terms of Usage, but was illegal in this game, and i got caught for it, I could sue the company saying I never saw and/or agreed to any terms of anything, besides Apple's. I spoke to a representative of Apple about this, and he said If the game doesn't have even a link to terms of usage on the app store page, then we use apple's. If I really wanted to, I could hire a lawyer and have a nice case set out for you guys to handle. Please fix this loophole.
