New Gani Talent!
 

iEra is in need of more gani artists!

We have a small shortage on gani artists to get the content we need done, finished on time. So this is how I'm going to do this, seeing as not many people know how to Gani unless you're a old PC Graal player, I'm going to help you learn how, and if you've got what it takes, maybe we can get you on board!

When you feel you have a good concept of how the program works, you can email me at [email protected] with some of your work. I'll try to get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. My goal here is not to find the "king of Ganis" but to find people who are interested in learning, I'm willing to teach those who are willing to learn.


As for the thread any questions, suggestions, or assistance needed feel free to post in here.

I should look into it even though I just know GFX (Thank you ;) it would be fun to expand.

Once i got the hang of it, i become fairly good with them:)

I watched you do Gani on Ace's stream. lol

I know how to gani but I don't know about being hired for era.

I would also suggest Gani Artists to learn what the Loop, Continuous, SetBack, etc settings do.

Also open up the .gani file with notepad++ and try to understand how it is working, an advanced gani artist should be able to gani within the notepad++ and add special effects (color effects, alpha (transparencies), zoom effects, etc to sprites)...it may look like scripting but it's not (although if you are also a scripter, you can add scripts/particle/emitters to your gani as well).

I will be changing the light saber ganis when I have time to show you guys what I mean

Ezz, check out my gold saber ganis, i had the lightsaber throw and deactivate/activate effects+ moar sounds if thats what you were intenting to do, may save you some time

You sent me images :P I'm looking for Ganis! (Graal Animations) if you'd like to look into learning how to gani I linked a tutorial in the first post, I hope this helped. :D

How ever the images where really nice, I think you have the potential to gani if you're able to make animated images this well. Either way check up on that tutorial! look forward to seeing some of your work.

you animate with .GIF images and ace is looking for graal animations (.gani). You should try it, i think you will be good at it :)
