Yeah, this staff transfer system is absolute crap right now. Our identify system works for the most part but when a player needs a manual transfer it's really just all over the place. I keep nagging at the higher ups asking what our policy is on it and i'm not getting a valid response. We're supposed to send you to [email protected] but Bell has said she can't transfer iDevice accounts. I'll get back to you, though.
