Spar tourney problem
 

Ok so some of you may notice that alot of people win by lag. After losing to a lagger who ate all of the bullets and simply spammed his bar or pbp everyone gets upset. I dont make this thread to complain but to give us legit sparrers some chance to beat laggers.
As you may know Artillery Cannon and other explosive guns have an ability to kill laggers same as melees. So it would be fair to be able to use it against lag abusers.
