Mission question

Sometimes when i complete missions the pop up says: You have completed the squad mission! I don't any gralats for it. Is this supposed to be like this or something else?

Oh, so if i were to do a level 1 mission i wouldn't get anyhting but if i did the level 6 mission i would get rewards?
