There is no formal application system (too lazy to do that too) but if you pm me I will ask you a question.

This is my walkthrough on how to get in Feare. Click on yourself, press edit then press the area where you can change your name. Lastly, add Feare after your name. For clarification, where you type what you use as your Graal name type Feare after it. For example Billy would be Billy Feare, etc. Sorry had to point this out someone was struggling with my guide!

Greatest guide of how someone can change their name. Love it. But really I was advertising that the guild is recruiting not changing the name of your character :).
