How to get support
 

Zone iPhone staff reserve the right to now deal with support unless it is requested correctly.

The following is a list of what will be strictly handled through our e-mail, [email protected] :

Problems identifying your account.
Loss of Robot, Pet or other purchased items.
Hat submissions.
Refunds.
Anything else not listed here..

Account transfers will only be handled by myself from now on. If you need to request an account transfer send an e-mail to me at [email protected] and i will reply with a few questions so the transfer process can proceed. Keep in mind you are only allowed a maximum of 2 transfers per player. This will be checked thoroughly.
