I don't think it's such a great idea:
1. Lag, enough said
2. Pets mixed with guns doesn't work (eg: dog gets shot and some pet lover player reports him for "animal cruelty")
3. Not only will it take a lot of work to design and make them but how will the prices fare in terms of food and water costs,etc
