Colt 6
 

Anyone feel that the Colt 6 is pretty underrated for 30k? It only deals 7 damage. Compare that to the ACR which is 12k and shoots 2 bullets at a time and both deal 8 damage. The Colt 6 has just been out out if the job. And things are even worse when you bring the M1 carbine in. 7k for 8 damage and a bayonet. At least bring the Colt 6s damage up to 8. I would appreciate that.

are you serious? if the colt became 8 damage it would be a god gun in spar due to its insanely low freeze rate. Colt is a bit underpowered IMO since it cant kill one person in one clip, at least make it a colt7

Damage isn't the only important stat in a gun.

Colt6 is amazing for its price.

Then, tell me. What makes the Colt 6 30k? Mmm? And what makes the ACR only 12k?

Its incredibly low freeze and incredibly low sleep, and while the ACR has 1 more damage, it's freeze is awful.

So what. The M4 does 8 damage and has over twice the clip size. And besides, I don't object to what weapons players use in spar unless its the BAR or PBP.

Since it fires 2 bullets at a time, the ACR can cover a greater area. So for the ACR, freeze rate doesn't really matter.

I always thought the Colt was overpowered IN SPAR. The fire rate is incredibly high as well as the shots being fired which aren't 100% accuracy so it makes it harder to dodge. The Colt is something the Luger should've been (with the 10 damage obv).

Oh, and don't you just love spinning it around? Who cares about killing people with it?

^^^Right there. That's why it's so expensive. Because it's a "novelty". It's the same sort of reason that the new gun that you can change the skins on (I frankly can't remember it's name right now :P) is just an overpriced M4.

Colt6? Underpowered? More like underrated.

Maybe it's price isn't reasonable enough but Colt6 is not a bad gun.

Pros:
+Second lowest freeze rate in the game
+Very high rate of fire
+Good damage (8 when upgraded)

Cons:
-Low clip size (6)
-Horrible reload freeze (and very noticeable to the enemy)

Learn to compensate it's performance for it's low clip and bad reload. A high rate of fire, good damage, and very low freeze is a powerful combination. Colt6 can great at rushing enemies. Remember to reload manually by grabbing. Reload if you are at a safe distance from the enemy. Spam if you know your bullets are likely to hit the enemy. Avoid getting caught reloading in a critical situation. Use your 6 bullets wisely between reloads. Colt6 doesn't always have to be spammy. You may shoot in controlled bursts. If you decide to rush with Colt6, rush towards the enemy and unleash your bullets, run away from the enemy afterwards to reload.

To quickly summarize Colt6, it's a gun that is fast and quite powerful in bursts of speed. If the Colt6 had a larger clip size and a faster reload, it would practically rival the souizen. Becoming possibly an auction gun or a much more expensive gun.

Forgot one thing ghost, if you accedentaly click the spin button then your screwed since it takes a long time for it to stop

The freeze is unreasonably long. It needs a buff :P

Lol. I just spent my 20k on shovels to trade for an apocalypse scythe. Now I feel this thread is usless to me :P
