Patrick (guard) is a red dragon. Is this just glitched for me or is this a sign of dragon's taking over graal and their first step was to steal the dragon morph and turn all of York into dragons? Is the king secretly conspiring to take over all of graal by the use of the power of the dragons?

It's because you where a red dragon before you saw the guard. It's a glitch.
