Each mount can have cloud effect.
 

Someone told me recently that you can ride certain mounts over water and i had no idea that was possible lol. So i tried the cloud mount and it worked.... then while i was on the cloud mout i switched to my broom and that also worked to but then... i discovered that it kept the cloud bubbles effect.
1.so basically get on your cloud mount
2.while on the mount switch it to something else
3. that mount will have the cloud effect when it moves

This has been like this for months. I dont think they would patch it considering it doesnt give you anything. Its just for show

No, this have been few month ago. My friend have discovered while showing his mounts.

Guys copyright the cloud mount is from Dragon ball (the nimbus cloud) ok so now the mount will be gone forever and replaced with a Kangaroo mount

The only ones that float are the broom and cloud because they fly
