Missing Event Hat
 

On the event Neo called for treasure chests on the way to Snowtown, I found a hat in a chest. When I checked my hats, I didn't see it there. There was a blank space a few hats back, but I doubt that is it.


I assume some people are going to say some chests give gralats, But I didn't get any of those either.

I tried PMing Neo, but he was busy with more events, and with the friends list down, I'm stuck.

Another problem is, taking my word for it. It was on treasure chests, so there is no dependable way of keeping track of who won. Any advice?

Happened to me a month or 2 back in chests ... First the admin said (can't remember who ) and 10 seconds AFFTER magically I hat the hat 5 mins AFFTER

Neo keeps telling me I probably just found Gralats. I know I didn't find them because I specifically saw it say I found a hat in a chest.

Are you sure the message said "a h-a-t" and not "g-r-a-l-a-t-s?"

Sometimes they misstype the code for the hat and it makes a blank spot. Happen to me many times

There was a blank slot for a while, but by the time I mentioned it to Neo, it was gone

Too much glitches and errors in this game.

Graal servers are very loosely developed, which is one of the reasons why I play.

It's "by gamers, for gamers", and the developers aren't genius, but a lot of them are self educated. which is impressive itself. Nevermind what they can do with their knowledge. Every game has bugs.

The log was checked, and apparently I did dig up gralats. I'm assuming someone dug up a hat right after I got my chest. Plus seeing a blank hat slot (probably just unloaded graphics) really made me think something was wrong.
