Deleting/ re-setting Account E-Mail
Re-Setting E-Mail/ Deleting E-Mail Ok, so when VIP first came out, I was a little bit younger and I did not have my own E-Mail Adress, so I used the E-Mail Adress of my mother. I'd Like to change my Account E-Mail Adress very much, and I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one with this Problem. I do not want to ask my mother to verify the link everytime the Server resets or when I get a new unidentified Account. (I don't event know why this happens sometimes) Also I think, for Players who'd like to quit this Game, it'd be much easier if they could erease/clear/delete/deactivate their Account. Knowing that nobody can see their Profile anymore would make some feel more comfortable with quitting. allow us to Delete Accounts or change Account E-Mail Tell me what you think about this :) |
I'm fairly certain that if you wish to change your account's email, senior staff members are happy to do it.

The deleting account idea wouldn't be good. I can already see the threads now "1337 Haxor deleted my account"

Concerning accounts being deleted, why not make this an option? But in order to delete the account it must be approved through an email, like you would do with verifying an account.

Deleting an account should need multiple varifications through staff. Like ip checks, email verification, and more.
They should have email changing verification through email, not staff. Staff take a while and a lot of times it doesn't work. Maybe create a system to make the process easier and more efficient. |
