Character slots [glitch i guess?]
 

Recently i made a new account with graalonline era+ app
Now i wanted to buy character slots, but it says i have to purchase character customizations, So this means i have to buy it again?

just use the restore feature in the shop menu. that might fix it

I didnt have to pay for my Character Slots. It glitched for some reason, and just gave them to me.

I had them also pressed restore and no slots? I just remembered this happened to me. What should I do?

thats weird, will try to look into it tomorrow and tell you what you could do to fix it. any chance you could tell me your Graal#? so its easier to figure out

Mine also broke during transfer, I didn't care enough to report it though lol

I'm also having an issue with the character slots. I bought 6 character slots a long time ago, but, i recently lost 4. Now i only have 5 instead of 9.
