Any game run on the Unreal Engine. Like Infinity Blade, Infinity Blade II, and Batman Arkham City Lock Down.

Depends on your view of graphics. Do you mean realism? Maxing out the hardware? Or just looking pretty? I think looking nice matters the most and I could care less about games maxing out the hardware. Some games that look "real" don't look nice, if you get what I mean. Just look at Gears of War. Worst AAA art direction I've seen, along with most of Epic Game's stuff.

If you want a nice looking game on IOS you should get Sonic CD. It looks fantastic and has some of the best music in any sonic game.
