Trade Gralats
 

I'm not a big fan of digging and have lots of gralats can you add it so we can trade gralats?

It creates an open economy, causing the need to buy gralat packs to skyrocket downward. The need to buy gralats with real money goes down exponentially, basically creating an open economy, causing no money to go to the staff, and that causes the server to lose funding and blah blah blah. It won't happen any time soon.

Since when did money go to the staff?

Since never, it's all volunteer work. Stefan/Unixmad are the only ones that gain profits.

USDing is illegal.

Era has a trade system and it was said it would never happen. Why not become a legitimate mmo and allow players to trade funds. Look at Parallel Kingdom or Pocket Legends. They both make a large income and have millions registered to them, when this can compete with them and more. Finish it up give us an open economy!

The reason for this is simply due to the fact that they would loose money. It would be much easier to scam an idiot out of 27k gralates instead of spend 10 dollars, and then somebody that actually did spend 10 dollars looses everything they spent, resulting in many misc. issues. However, we've gotten to the point of using shovels as currency, and that's about the closest your going to get to gralate trading. I'm sorry, while I beleive to some it'd be helpful, its generally a bad idea.
