Admins To Busy???!???
 
Ok im tired of admins saying they are (too busy) WHAT DO THEY DO THAT TAKES UP THEIR TIME! I mean serriously every single day they host events and do auctions and skrew arround yet they cant help because they are to busy? And what really angers me is when they say " we have lifes to we cant play all day" then why would you sign up for pr and why would you be hired? If you dont have time then you should be fired! And thats something that angers me byeee

I help players when im not "busy" :(. But a lot of staff could be busy helping other players and it may take awhile. If you message a Developer, LAT, GFX, or SFX, you may get a response but more than likely you wont due to the work they have. Player Relations should reply to all messages and help. But if its a spam message it will be ignored. I tend to skip messages sometimes and cant see them in PM history. But yes, a lot of the times we are busy.

They're just humans being, don't forget that.

For example I work on more than one server, so I am sometimes idling for 5-10 minutes on one server, and I like to chat with people while I am online using other programs than Graal. Plus, I have to work and getting other things done, so I may can't check every single report.

Suggestion, if a report doesn't help, just try to PM a staff using nice language and staying patient, of course. This way, I bet, you will get help in nearly every case, but it could of delay sometimes(read the text above).

It's kinda true what your saying, Players used to get amazed when there was auctions only once a week, now it's like everyday

No this doesn't even work, like all the staffs are busy all day everyday. They may reply but in about 2 hours.

This is what i do when im bored..showguild Events Team,Developer,Player Relations,Graphics Team..if there any admins on i pm them and try to talk to them =]

Also, there are events like 24/7 with all the new hirings

I feel as if snk is too busy and PRA's are too busy.

They need to hire a co-manager and hire more PRAs.
