Voice Chat
 

Voice chat in Era can be quite useful for basers but I don't know why.

Just by having voice chat is cool

There was a thread about this for classic and having voice chat would be a great idea.

I like this idea
But maybe it only can be used for a private talking like pm?
And if it for baser/gang idk it might gonna messed up since if you have alot of member and all of then can use voice chat imagine what happened lol
And ofc u can disable/enable in options :3

Skype.

It would cause a lot of lag but I love this idea I get tired of typing and get killed lol

If you have sounds on, on era, it cancels the skype call, so you have to have sounds off, and it sucks to play without sound

Wait...you don't get annoyed by the repetitively annoying sounds of graal?! I personally never play with sound; I prefer silence, a tv, or music, but whatever floats your boat.

I used to like having the sound on from time to time but the m4 is way to loud now.

Great idea! BUT people could abuse this by swearing and lots more.

First off, to start my explanation on this let's remember that the game is 9+. In order to earn money from a younger, more gullible audience, the server operators must ensure that things are set in order to prevent anything that would make the age limit have to be raised. That is why certain things like swear filters and GP uploads are added. Now if you look on certain games which lack these, you may see a little thing near the rating such as "Online interactions not rated by the ESRB" or something like that. This means that due to the lack of swear filters, or addition of voice chat, the ways you play online can't be given a rating. An admin can not simply make a child "un-hear" a swear word, and that is why there is no voice chat.

i like it but some problems
1. how can you filter voice chat?
2. this would make era really laggy
3.this would eliminate gang chat
