Welcome to the internet, believe me when I say that nothing can be done about this. No matter how hard admins enforce things people can just make another account and be abusive again. If someone is rude to you just use the ignore function.

Parents need to watch what their kids do on the internet when they're young such as under 13, for their own safety.

Exactly. If you don't like it then just go to some obscure part of the map, or better yet, turn off your device and go outside. People will say and do what they want, and there's a report/block option for that sort of thing. You can argue and say that the staff don't always rush to your aid, and that's true but what else are they gonna do? Turn the game's chat into stock sentences like in Club Penguin?

Rude admins??? But... But... I love Jeni! People are rude to gain attention or intimidate. Hackers hack cause they're too lazy to play the game right. People are racist because they're not the best humanity can be.
