Create your own gang house,

Well, this idea was taken from Era PC.
You can create your own house/gang house for 20k.
The house has a limit of 1 outside level and 1 inside level.
The gang house could have a limit of 1 outside level and 3 inside levels.
I don't know if this might happen.
So, it's just an idea.

Yea, maybe it will happen. Though a really crappy version like trading tables.
