ACCOUNT LOG IN HELP
 

Basically I got an iPhone and it won't let me log on to my email on any of my devices cause they're not recognised and I don't remember the security questions?! What should I do?

Um... Maybe type in your email, press identify, answer the email from an alternate device, click the activation link and you'll be all right?

no I must not have explained correctly, I can't log into my EMAILS Because all of my old devices are gone, new laptop and iPhone and iPod,>logging in from an unrecognised device please answer the security questions> I don't remember them.

You should really write down security questions. I mean, you chose the questions and answers, so you should've remembered or written it down. Make sure to do that next time. Just click "forgot my password" if you can't remember security question it should be able to send a password to another email you put in as a secondary. If you don't have a secondary I'm not sure if it will ask you to make a new one. So, no idea how to help you out.

If there's still a problem with identifying (once you have figured out the email/pasword deal) where you had an identified account, be sure to email [email protected] with the email, account, and/or other details to prove the accounts are truly yours. My friend had the same trouble with this (his ipod was destroyed and he couldn't identify with same email even though he knew the email/pass idk just weird problem), and he was able to get all his old items and stats back.
